  • We do not offer refunds for any orders, whether local or international.
  • All sales are final.

Exchange Policy (Local Orders Only)

We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences may vary. That’s why we offer exchange services only for local orders under the following conditions:

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).
  • Exchange is subject to item availability. If the desired size or item is not available, a store credit may be issued.

Not eligible for exchange:

  • International orders
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

How to request an exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will review and confirm if the exchange is approved.
  3. You will be responsible for delivering the item back to our store or shipping it to the provided return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out the exchange item or issue store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
