We deliver both locally and internationally through the following methods:
- Local Orders (Lebanon): Shipped via Wakelni. Estimated delivery time: up to 3 business days.
- International Orders: Shipped via DHL. Estimated delivery time: up to 7 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
7. Refund & Exchange
We do not offer refunds for any purchases, both locally and internationally.

8. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
This section is not applicable, as we do not offer event-based services. All product sales are final as per our refund policy.
9. Client Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Products are shipped as-is from our inventory. Custom production or alterations are not offered unless explicitly mentioned in a product listing.
